ZAV Architects’ main focus is on an essential aspect of architecture which is containing space. The projects cover a wide range of stakeholders, functions, and scales from public charity to private boutique hotel, from cultural to residential, from rehabilitation to reconstruction, and from interior design to urban design. Each project starts getting resolution with asking specific questions about related information: “Where/When/Who/Why/how?”, then adding values enter projects by elevating the regional GDP, and shaping a noteworthy spatial experience. ZAV Architects has won national architectural awards such as Grand Memar Award (7 times) and has gained international recognition such as participation in London Festival of Architecture 2014 and having been shortlisted by Phaidon Atlas for Best in Brick 2015.
